Since being founded in 1959 by Wilbur Feagan and Paul Higley, F&H has steadily grown to over 80 employees across our nine locations, spanning from Seattle, Washington to Dallas, Texas, to Memphis, Tennessee.
Wilbur earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois in 1936, and later earned a Master’s in Engineering Management from the University of MO Rolla. He received the 2010 IAFP President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for the lasting impact he made through a lifetime of professional achievements in food protection. Although appreciative of his educational opportunities and background, Wilbur’s greatest satisfaction came from serving others.
