As a top-level, ‘platinum’ distributor for SPX FLOW, we maintain extensive levels of inventory and have strong application expertise to ensure rapid and efficient response to customer needs. Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® Universal 1 Positive Displacement Pumps

The Waukesha Cherry-Burrell®  universal 1 Series is a durable, Clean-out-of-Place (COP), positive displacement (PD) pump. It is versatile in application, and its reliability has made it the industry standard worldwide. For more than half a century, Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® has been a leader in the design, manufacturing and application of external circumferential piston (ECP) style, rotary positive displacement pumps. Waukesha pumps are in service around the world in a wide variety of processing application.

Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® Universal 2 Positive Displacement Pumps

The Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® Universal 2 Series positive displacement pumps include advanced sanitation technologies, long life features and installation flexibility. Clean-in-Place (CIP) capable with optional flat body profile and free draining vertical ports. This highly robust pump can run at pressures of up to 500 psi.

Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® Universal 3 Positive Displacement Pumps

The Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® Universal 3 Series positive displacement pumps are engineered to perform in food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, personal care, chemical and industrial industries. The Universal 3 series includes a standard stainless steel gear case, the choice of multiple seal options, and bearings that are sealed from the product zone. Many options are available for the Universal 3 series pump including an aseptic configuration with aseptic ports and cover.

Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® 200 Series Centrifugal Pumps

The 200 Series Centrifugal Pump Line offers the pump user the benefits of Waukesha Cherry-Burrell’s® traditional quality, value and service with higher levels of performance. Through the use of 316L stainless steel in all wetted parts, and extra heavy duty motor and solid drive linkage the 200 Series centrifugal pumps are ideal product movers in a broad range of sanitary and industrial applications. In addition to being designed for cleaning in place, the pump is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of U.S.D.A. 3A and EHEDG Standards.

SPX FLOW offers its customers vast experience (over 100 years!) in getting the most from their homogenization process. With continuing research and development and leading test facilities, these homogenizers are designed to maximize return on investment. SPX FLOW also offers Lab homogenizers and Pilot Homogenizers for Research and Development laboratories and pilot or small-scale production applications.

SPX FLOW provides advanced APV® heat transfer solutions for cooling, heating, condensing and evaporation of process fluids and for utility applications in a vast array of industries, ranging from food and beverage to oil and gas and industrial processes. Since APV® invented the plate heat exchanger in 1923, they have been pioneering applicable technology in pressing, shaping, welding, sealing and testing steel.

Waukesha Cherry-Burrell® Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers

For more than 80 years, SPX FLOW’s Waukesha Cherry-Burrell Votator® scraped surface heat exchangers have been replacing slow, inefficient batching operations with more uniform, controllable and repeatable continuous processing. The Votator® II incorporates the most popular features of the Thermutator® and Votator® lines, resulting in a rugged, economical, easy to maintain, and hygienic heat exchanger that can be used for heating and cooling products with a wide range of viscosities, including extremely thick and sticky products that require the cam action of the eccentric design. The Votator® II and the Extra Heavy Duty Votator® II replace the Thermutator® and standard Votator® units, and are also available as vertical units.
